This works great under any color or gloss or even on its own. For me, it does exactly as described, moisturizes and gives a little pout!

Moisturizing lip oil

I am not sure why people keep saying they haven't noticed any plumping from this lip oil. It's not a plumping product. It's a moisturizing product. It says "pumped up" not plumped up. It keeps my lips feels smooth and healthy. I love it. I like wearing it all by itself.

I can’t wait until there’s another sale!

This one completely caught me off guard! It’s definitely not a lip gloss! I have been keeping it on my bedside table and using it before I lie down. The fragrance is a bit “off putting” at first but then the mint drops by to say HEY and everything is great. I wake up every day WITHOUT dried lips and am looking forward to continuing that trend through the winter months!! Again, a PHENOMENAL Rinna Beauty product!! BRAVO!! (No pun intended)
