Rinna Beauty is currently exclusively available on rinnabeauty.com.
Can I get Rinna Beauty internationally?
Yes! Rinna Beauty is available to ship worldwide other than a handful of countries and territories. Please note international customers are responsible for all duties that may occur. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. RINNA BEAUTY will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order.
What are the countries & territories you don’t ship to?
We do not ship to Cuba (BIS), Iran (OFAC), North Korea (BIS), Sudan (OFAC), Syria (BIS), Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, Myanmar, Crimea/Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic, Republic, Liberia, Lebanon, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, China.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship within our business days of Monday through Friday. All shipments will be completed within 3 business days. Standard shipment is USPS 2-6 days. Please note international customers are responsible for all duties that may occur. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Spend $50 on rinnabeauty.com and your order will ship FREE USPS ground shipping in the US only. For free international shipping, you must spend $89.
Where can I get products that are out of stock?
We hope this doesn’t happen but if it does, sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock” button. You’ll be the first to know when we are fully stocked!
How can I find the status of my order?
You will receive emails that will keep you updated on the status of your order. Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ​My Account​. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
My order is missing an item.
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reimburse you in full. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at ​customerservice@rinnabeauty.com. We will answer all inquiries and requests within two business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning defective/wrong items.
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@RinnaBeauty.com (M-F 9AM-6PM EST) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
Gift with purchase returns.
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to providing quality luxury products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Rinna Beauty purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to make a return.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:

  • Please contact customer service via email at  customerservice@RinnaBeauty.com and provide your order number to start your return. Our customer service representative will provide you with a return label for your shipment. Please note, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once received by our warehouse.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Rinna Beauty does not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

What forms of payment does RinnaBeauty.com accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (U.S. only).
Where is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is only currently charged in NY and FL. This will be updated as our tax rates change.
I’m having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVV or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you’ve entered and an error message is received a second attempt, customerservice@rinnabeauty.com or contact your financial institution for further assistance.

What information do I need to register for an account?
To register for a Rinna Beauty account, you need to provide your name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and password. This way, once you are ready to order, it will be seamless. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, wish list, and manage your account.
How do I change my login email address or password?
Simply login and go to manage my account. From here you can easily change your password.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
Isn’t that annoying? If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below Log In, and follow the instructions to reset it.
